1. Return Policy
We offer a 14-day return window starting from the date of delivery.

Condition: To be eligible for a return, products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, tags, and protective labels.

Authorization: Before shipping any items back, you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) by contacting us at support@ergonixx.com.

Note: Returns sent without prior authorization may be delayed or rejected.

2. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected at our fulfillment center, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approval: If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method.

Processing Time: While we issue refunds promptly, the time it takes for the funds to appear on your statement depends on your financial institution (typically 5–10 business days).

Transaction Fees: Please note that certain non-refundable payment processing fees (e.g., from Stripe) may be deducted from the final refund amount, unless prohibited by law.
3. Exchanges & Damaged Goods
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we will rectify the situation immediately.

Resolution: Depending on availability and your preference, we will provide a complimentary replacement or a full refund.
4. Shipping Costs for Returns

Customer Responsibility: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Ergonixx Responsibility: If the return is due to our error (defective or wrong item), we will provide a pre-paid shipping label or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs.

Original Shipping: Original shipping charges paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.
5. Non-Returnable Items
For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, certain products cannot be returned once the original seal is broken or the item has been used. Any specific restrictions will be clearly stated on the individual product page.
